Our Clubhouse facilities will reopen with effect from Friday 4th December 2020
BAR & CATERING SERVICES: The initial service will be provided as follows:
Location: Sports Bar, Main Bar, George Roe (Pillar) Room. (Main Dining Room will remain closed at this time).
Operating Times:
Monday 11am - 4pm Tea/Coffee, scones, Soup & Open or Closed sandwiches
Tues – Sat 11am- 8pm Bar Food Menu (attached) in addition to the above
Sunday 11am - 4pm Bar Food Menu
Takeaway:- Our takeaway menu will be suspended once we reopen on Friday.
Bar: Alcoholic drinks may be served with a substantial meal (costing not less than €9)
Service: Table Service only – Main Bar – Sports Bar and George Roe Room
The timings and level of service will be revised as patterns of business emerge.
Bookings: Due to Covid 19 guidelines and social distancing measures we will have limited availability. Members must book tables in advance (to ensure availability) and vacate table after 105 minutes to facilitate other members. Maximum table size is 6 people (from 3 households)
Contract Tracing: Name(s) and contact details will be recorded when order is taken.
Payment: Contactless payment is encouraged where possible.
Routing: Entry to Clubhouse via the main entrance door with internal directional signage circulation routes leading to exit via the Accessible Door (opposite main dining room). Persons needing to access the building via the Accessible Entrance will be accommodated.
Hand Sanitising Units: Installed throughout the building
Physical Distancing: A designated employee will be in place to control physical distancing measures. Physical distancing does not apply within members of the same household.
Ladies & Gents Toilets: Available on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR: The first floor of the clubhouse will remain closed at this time.
Snooker Room: Closed – no access
Bridge Room: Closed – no access
Administration Office: Contact by phone and email only - except by appointment
