Something quite amazing is happening in the heart
of Dublins business district. Something architecturally
breathtaking. Something unique - a development of
6 incredible buildings, 3 reserved for offices,
all of which feature the outdoors indoors. You could
be standing in the very centre and not realise that
above you, and below you, there is a state-of-the-art
international headquarters. Or a hotel. Or a swimming
pool. Or a gym. Or hundreds of luxurious apartments.
Or coffee shops, crèches and restaurants.
All you would see is nature at play in 14.5 acres
of parkland. But if you look carefully, you will
notice that some of those massive tree trunks are
not tree trunks at all. They are support beams for
the great glass buildings above you. Even as you
look up, you see more trees, but behind glass. There
is something else which is different. There are
no cars. This is because as traffic enters Elmpark
it goes underground, complimenting our natural environment
keeping everybody dry and warm during inclement
weather. It also leaves the grounds clear for pedestrians
and cyclists. Elmpark is naturally, and remarkably,
unique.

Ireland is thriving. We have more business-friendly
legislative measures than any other country in
Europe, a highly educated and trained workforce,
a rapidly strengthening infrastucture and one
of the worlds most admired cultures. Ireland
is still the number one choice for international
companies. Dublin, too, is flourishing. New business
and residential developments, massive investment
in public transport, more new hotels and new business
ventures than ever before are all indicative of
the capitals success. Be assured, you are
in excellent company. The reasons why so many
of the best-known multinationals have based their
European headquarters here are as valid for you
as they are for them.

If there is one Post Code which is famous throughout
Ireland, it is Dublin 4. It means affluence. It
means success. Elmpark is the last major development
site in Dublin 4. Your neighbours include Embassies,
consulates and 5 star hotels. Just up the road is
the British Embassy, the Four Seasons, the American
Embassy and Lansdowne Road the oldest home
international rugby ground in the world. You are
minutes from the city centre by road and DART rail.
You are also 5 minutes from the EastLink bridge,
the gateway to the North side of Dublin, the rejuvenated
docklands, Dublin Port and the Port Access Tunnel.
The fast ferries at Dublin Port and Dun Laoghaire
are at hand too. Your other neighbours in Dublin
4 include Irelands biggest university UCD,
RTE the state broadcasting company and the biggest
public and private hospitals. |
